Once you submit our inquiry form, we’ll schedule a discovery call with you to talk through ideas, color palette, floral needs, & see how we can best serve you!

After our discovery call, you’ll receive a custom floral proposal outlining our service, designs, + investment. Once approved, a signed contract & deposit officially secure your date.

From here, we thoughtfully plan your florals, source seasonal blooms, and refine details as your wedding day approaches. We collaborate with your planner and vendor team to ensure everything flows seamlessly.

The day is here! We handle delivery, set-up, and placement of all your florals with care and attention to detail - so you can relax and enjoy every moment.

Post event breakdown: Our team will recover any rented decor, break down any custom installations, and remove any additional floral elements that may have been left over.

A signed contract & 25% non-refundable deposit [25% of your total price] is required to book your date with us!

We’re happy to accommodate a date change whenever possible! We require a 90 day notice for any rescheduling requests. Rescheduling is subject to our availability for your new date. If we’re unavailable, it will be treated as a cancellation. If we are available for the new date, there is a $150 rescheduling fee.

We understand that weddings can be unpredictable. However, flowers are a time-sensitive and customized service. Here’s how our cancellations are handled:
Deposit: non-refundable
60+ days before event: Only retainer/deposit is forfeited
Within 60 days: Charged 50% of total contract amount.
Within 30 days: Subject to full contract amount, due to perishable nature of lowers and advance commitments to suppliers.
All cancellations must be in written form via email to our team.
